A downloadable game for Android
A reimagining of Atari's Breakout (1976), built from scratch in LÖVE2D and Lua following CS50's Game Development course.
Break all the bricks using a ball and paddle across multiple levels of increasing difficulty. Features particle effects, 4 brick tiers, paddle selection, and persistent high scores.
Controls: Tap left or right half of bottom screen to move paddle. Tap top left corner to pause.
Built entirely on a OnePlus 6 Android phone using Acode editor.
No laptop. No desktop.
This is an independent fan remake for educational purposes.

Install instructions
1. Download the APK file
2. Tap the downloaded APK to open it
3. A prompt will appear to enable "Install from unknown sources"
— tap Settings and enable it for your browser only
4. Go back and tap Install
5. You may see a warning saying the app may be harmful
— tap "Install anyway"
6. Done — open the game and play
Note: You may see a warning saying the app is from an unknown developer. This is normal for apps outside the Play Store. Tap "Install anyway" to continue.
